In 2015 Strathendrick RFC  is a well-established club within the Scottish BT West Regional League Division 2. Since it's inception in 1975 Strathendrick has built its strength and survival on youth producing many accomplished adult players with a few going on to play for "larger clubs" at a higher level. The Club 1st XVs greatest achievement, guided by coach David Barrett, was to reach the semi-final of the Scottish Cup in 2000. With a glorious tradition of social and playing tours two landmarks were the international tours to Springfield and Kansas City in 1992 and Toronto in 2001.

Strathendrick RFC were part of the Springfield RFC tour of Scotland and Wales in 1994 when more than 20 players when games were also arranged against Pill Harriers RFC of Newport and Rumney RFC in Cardiff. SRFC lost all 3 games but it was a rewarding experience for all the players. In addition to the game against Strathendrick the touring side took part in a number od social events including golf, a tour of the local Glengoyne distillery and a traditional ceilidh after the game.
